What is a withdrawal?

Withdrawal is also known as cash out. It is the process of withdrawing digital assets from a (GRAPE) platform to another platform or to your personal wallet.

How do I withdraw money?

Take the example of withdrawing BTC from (GRAPE) coin trading account to Platform A.

Step 1, first open the (GRAPE) coin account, click "My Assets" menu bar at the top of the website, click "Transfer/Withdraw", transfer the BTC you want to withdraw to the coin account first.

Step 2: Find BTC, click "Withdraw" to enter the withdrawal page, enter the BTC withdrawal address and quantity of Platform A, and click "Withdraw".

According to GRAPE regulations, you may also need to enter graphic verification code/mobile phone verification code/email verification/funding password, etc., then the withdrawal request will be posted to the blockchain network, and your withdrawal will be completed after the miner confirms it.
